Happiness derived from just the bodily senses, like smell, taste, touch and sight are in many ways wonderful, but if catered to for prolonged periods of time can be overpoweringly addictive. Pleasure and adrenaline junkies never have enough of the repeated bodily experience, so eventually such are imprisoned to bodily sense. To such people the spiritual world - of which I speak of in my books, letters and blogs - is an abstract fairytale.

Regardless how much one is taught spiritual perceptions, when only the bodily senses dominate the psyche the spiritual psyche has no chance of ever wielding any influence on us. As a result people opt for religion an appearance of spirituality, a piety that is limited to church services and ceremonies.
Addictions take place after one exposes the bodily senses to all sorts of toxins hence the word intoxication. Toxin is not necessarily a poison it becomes harmful when repeated too often or taken in larger doses. Even Vitamin C can become a toxin. Cabbage is a great vegetable but when taken in large quantities it can produce toxins and methane, which our bodies have a hard time processing. The same it is with an overexposure to religion, which is a mixture of things not understood yet blindly accepted as something true and holy. (Funny hats and priestly looking garments, bowing, candles, smoke of frankincense and myrrh.) When only religion is being ingested without any understanding and knowledge wisdom is not only farfetched but virtually unattainable. Religiousness itself produces more indigestion and frustration. However, God is merciful and so desirous to heal us and keep us in perfect peace that He reaches miraculously down to some.

[1 Corinthians 14:33] God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
[2 Corinthians 13:11] Finally, brethren, rejoice, be made complete, be comforted, be like-minded, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
[Philippians 4:7; 9] And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
[9] The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Health is peace that's why He gave us the Sabbaths, days, weeks, months, years even generations and epochs; all of them are being measured in sevenths, which means rest. Rest brings health, but when we open ourselves for the divine peace that peace overwhelms us.

Jesus the chief peacemaker taught the truth, but He spoke differently to each group of people. To the masses He spoke in parables. He reasoned with priests, scribes and pharisees, but also He did not spare harsh words e.g., You whitewashed tombs full of dead man's bones, etc. To His disciples He had explained all that He said in parables to the masses; and also all that happened between Him and those 'holy ones' the Pharisees and Sadducees, scribes and priests.

The disciples were the only carriers of the truth for the masses do not carry it; neither the 'holy' religionists. Apostolic succession is nothing to do with hierarchy and pulling wool over the masses' eyes or some holy indoctrination. Apostles are known by their fruits (Mat. 7:16-22), by substance, by wisdom, logic, care, love, no ulterior motives, clarity, reason, understanding, knowledge, joy, peace - the attributes, which are the opposites of greed and blind indoctrination that scares people with eternal damnation of hell and upon which premises religion has been built.

This chemical group is found in cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. These compounds give the flavoring to foods such as wasabi, horseradish, and mustard. Although toxic when ingested in large quantities they also have anti-cancer properties. Some isothiocyanates are also used industrially and in agriculture to control pests and diseases. Too much of the good stuff is also not healthy for it can lead to fanatical extremes. People are overdoing on vitamins, just as some overdo on religion.

Abuse of alcohol leads to poisoning of the largest organ the liver. However, when taken moderately it disinfects and keeps in check some annoying bacteria.

Alcohol is being condemned and labeled as being evil by many Christians, but it is due to lack of self-discipline, which ought to be taught in churches. It is like only forbidding the forbidden fruit instead of teaching people how to choose and eat fruits from the tree of life. Since we have eaten of the tree of knowledge (of what’s good and what’s evil) already we come again to fork-roads of choice.

In the beginning of Israel's sacrifices alcohol was not involved, but later it was used in the libation offerings upon an altar. No Levite was permitted to serve in the Holy Tabernacle while reeking with alcohol. But eventually that was broken and the tricky quite religious by then human nature got around it by offering the alcoholic libation offerings. Yet it was not the alcohol itself but its abuse that brings sin, it brings harm to drunkards' families and to self. As much as God permitted the use of alcohol used for all sorts of celebrations in its use and celebrations God told His peaople to never forget His ministers the Levites.

[Deuteronomy 14:24-27] If the distance is so great for you that you are not able to bring the tithe, since the place where the LORD your God chooses to set His name is too far away from you when the LORD your God blesses you, then you shall exchange it for money, and bind the money in your hand and go to the place which the LORD your God chooses. You may spend the money for whatever your heart desires: for oxen, or sheep, or wine, or strong drink, or whatever your heart desires; and there you shall eat in the presence of the LORD your God and rejoice, you and your household. Also you shall not neglect the Levite who is in your town, for he has no portion or inheritance among you.

Hardly anyone teaches how to overcome any physical obstacles by building up the spiritual man encased in the physical frame, which after all, was made of the earth’s elements. These elements are living and to them other living organisms get attached and to those organisms even tinier ones get attached. It’s an endless struggle and upkeep. Promoting the beneficial bacteria in the fauna of our body and eliminating the detrimental ones is what human health is all about.

Perhaps the exercise of balance is the hardest thing to handle. Moderation is another word for balance, but for the peacemakers the word temperance (self-control), which is the ninth fruit of the Holy Spirit is the most meaningful keyword, which in fact is the door to sainthood.

[ 2 Peter 1:4-7 KJV]  Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

Alcohol got a bad rap because people abuse it and ruin their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Unrestrained drinking not only poisons and—when frequently repeated, giving the body no time to recover—it also kills.

In colder regions of the planet alcohol is used because of it blood thinning properties, which, when it comes to saving life in freezing conditions it performs best. The Swiss St. Bernard rescue dog carries under its neck a barrel of brandy, which helps a victim exposed to severe wintery elements to overcome a chill. The blood thinning and warming effect helps the body to get back on its feet.

Many Americans turn to drugs, pills and eventually surgeries. Media promote fear first and then the solution in form drugs with side-effects; therefore one must consult a doctor. Another visit. Another advice and another test… Nowadays people have become experimental guinea pigs. First they must be indoctrinated and then, at their own risk, they decide to take the unexplored road. After that come misdiagnosis, sudden deaths, lawsuits and then those experimental drugs come off the shelves. The wheel keeps on spinning and anyone caught in it does not know where he or she is going.

The solution is always there for there is no adversity without well-being, which is already waiting around the corner. In order to discover any benefit it takes self-discipline, which is the 9th (or first from bottom up) fruit of the Holy Spirit, which is the actual start on the new path of discovery in the spiritual journey. Once this path is taken the miraculous begins to cling to us quite naturally.

Just recently a man was busy with a lawsuit against some medical establishment for his heart disease. He was prescribed a ‘ton’ of drugs readying him for an operation. It wasn’t clear whether he turned to God for healing or not, but his heart healed itself.  Medical science tells us that our bodies produce cancerous cells each single day, but the body not only defends itself against them, but the immune system overpowers them. We have natural healing forces in us already.

When we practice the inner peace, the outer peace with others and practice communion with the God of peace we not only strengthen our immune system but expose ourselves to the heavenly healing properties of peace. Yes, peace heals and restores. Unrest, strife and struggles use the elements of war; hence they tear us apart. Instead of healing us these elements of war, like weapons, attack us. The cutting surgical scalpel put to our body should be the last resort. But the WAY OF PEACE (Isaiah 59:8 & Romans 3:17) is the HEALING PATH OF LIFE.

Our mind is the gate through which pass bad and good things. Complicated theology, like the one that teaches about Jesus and His kind of peace on one hand; and on the other teaching is about the roaring frightful devil on a prowl seeking to devour. The Jesus-created peace the devil steals when hi is being mentioned in unreformed even stupid way. All of this creates completely unnecessary complexities.

NOTE: The New Testament contains many references to the devil, enemy and darkness because it was not only a very popular literature (after 600 years of mythological idolatry), but a form of superstition. No matter how hard the apostles tried; they had to grab people's attention; and the only way they could succeed was to allude to the fantastic nature of evil. But to tell you the truth, after more than 2000 years not much has changed.

The four horsemen of the Apocalypse, fears of wars and destruction most certainly do not promote the healing power of peace within us. Hence, our mind must be reformed.

Just as God told Israel what is a clean food and what is not and then admonished His people to choose wisely; in the same way we cannot consume foods that give us indigestion just because we like them. The toxicity is just too high.

A lady who was allergic to shellfish could not resist it, and although she repeatedly had to run to a hospital to get an injection, she kept violating her body.

Pollutions, allergies and the counteracting drugs only hasten our demise. What we allow to pass through this gate of our mind can harm us not only mentally and spiritually, but also physically. This is only an example regarding the gate—our mind.

A sensational message (even the most interesting one) can be poisonous if that message is filled unexplained mysteries, intrigues and jaw-dropping Halloween kind of scary stuff; it can open your mind’s gate to much disturbance.

I remember preaching in Louisiana about fallen angels mixing with human women and producing giants. I spoke of bestiality of the Canaanite people that had produced half-horses half-humans creatures found in Greek mythology. I sold the most cassettes; even I saw people walking with Walkman’s on the street listening to my mythological nonsense.

Years past and God reformed my mind. How sorry I am that I have fallen for this trash and then gave it to those who happened to like it more than the purity of God’s truth. I had indigestion and I gave it to others. I have sinned. I repented. I am sorry for it to this day. But my mind was filled with these seducing things and it seemed to have worked wonders because I had large and captive audiences. If my aim was to sell my soul to commercialism and raise a following then it is of my ego and not of God. Those lines are very thin.

We are in the world but not of the world. We are of the truth and not of any mix of anything clean and unclean. There is repentance after which comes a change, but that change may not be liked by those who have heard your preach before delighting their natural sense.

It is so different today: where in the past my words were being wolfed down as something most delicious today these words hit high walls erected by those who would rather have more of this mind-seducing trash than the truth.

When I agreed with God, regarding the Last Reformation, I was at that time in Hermannsburg, Germany. At night a wonderful person came into my room. It was not scary, but tremendously peaceful. I did not see Him physically, but He was there. Yes, it was Jesus. I only saw Jesus twice: as a four-year old in a dream; and the second time it was in in a hospital in Tennessee. Jesus stood at the foot of a cancer stricken lady’s bed. He came to heal her; she saw Him and I did too. We spoke and I protested for He also had shown me what I have to go through. I was about to agree to something most unpopular.

Believe me. I fought back very hard even though He was opening my mind to things I have never considered and these revelations were most wonderful. Finally He said, “I have no one else to do it.” I protested saying, “It is hard to believe that on the entire planet there’s not even one?” Jesus gently replied, “Not one.” I sobbed and trembled. I fell to my knees and convulsed. As an intercessor for the world I could only weep.

Those who know nothing about intercession also do not know the Father’s heart; and that cannot be even taught. Intercessors are born as such. This call is beyond man's control. My mother gave me to God before I was conceived; and when I was born she kept her word. It is all her ‘fault.’

When I finally gave in and said “Yes” Jesus opened my mind to things yet unfathomed. People's walls go up high because my thoughts are very high, but those who have lowered those walls and have let this glorious light engulf them are thankful and so blessed, but that’s just a drop in a bucket.

I must live a very long life in order to accomplish what I have been commissioned by the Chief Peacemaker. He is with me now as I write this post. It is quite normal. I no longer shake and weep big tears. I am on the course I have agreed to and chose.

In the 70’s I made a covenant with God that if necessary I would die for Him and for the Gospel’s sake. I would even go to prison. He accepted the sacrifice by sending a band of angels to my room. I have seen them physically. It was not a vision. Ever since then the old me was buried. I was already in Soviet prison for Bible smuggling operations and He kept His end of the bargain by send His wonderful angel. That angel was promised to me even though I knew that I was going to end up in prison. Because I kept my end of the bargain and was practically laying down my life for Him God had no other choice but do the miraculous because my time had just begun. That was under Andropov shortly before the change. The angel smiled and shone his light on me and made me very happy. I'd rather have those experiences with God than a couple of hours of some disco dancing with roving lights and stupid sensations.

There is no other way. Since I have lost my life for Him, I found new life. Who knows, perhaps by the time many of my friends are dead and buried, or raptured, I will still go on with the work of the Last Reformation and judging from its pace (everything for me is WAY TOO SLOW) I must have an extra time and since He has no one else to do it right, for He deposited in Me His kind of Spirit, I must go on indefinitely. Whatever will be will be - Que Serra Serra.

Join me in prayer and support. The journey set before me is long.
